Solid build quality
Everything feels premium. The integration of the nozzle and heater block reduces potential leak points. I've been running PLA and PETG at high speeds with zero clogs.

Good value kit
Comes with everything needed except the silicone sock. The ceramic heater block heats up very quickly. Just ensure your wiring harness supports the 40W cartridge if you are upgrading from a stock 30W setup.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
Switched to this kit specifically for printing carbon fiber nylon. The hardened steel nozzle handles it without any wear, and the ceramic block maintains temperature incredibly well. Installation on my VORON 2.4 was straightforward.

Best hotend for Voron builds
This is now my standard recommendation for anyone building a Voron. The thermal stability is noticeable compared to aluminum blocks, and the hardened nozzle saves money in the long run.

Great performance, minor fitment issue
The print quality is outstanding with this hotend. I had to slightly adjust the fan duct alignment, but once set up, it runs cool and stable. Highly recommend for high-temperature materials.
Q: Is the thermistor replaceable if it fails?
A: Yes, the thermistor is inserted into a port on the ceramic block and can be replaced individually without changing the entire assembly.
Q: What is the thread size of the nozzle?
A: The nozzle uses the standard M6 thread size common to V6 style hotends.
Q: Is this compatible with the VORON 0.1?
A: Yes, this V6 style hotend is compatible with the VORON 0.1, provided you have the appropriate mount designed for V6 hotends.
Q: Can I use this with a 12V power supply?
A: This specific kit comes with a 24V 40W heater cartridge. For 12V systems, you would need to swap the heater cartridge for a 12V equivalent compatible with the block.
