Easy installation
Replaced my damaged hotend in under 15 minutes. Everything lined up perfectly with the mounting holes. The thermistor readings are accurate and stable. Highly recommend for anyone needing a replacement part.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. The standard brass nozzle wore out too quickly, but this one has held up perfectly through several spools. Installation on my Neptune 3 Pro was straightforward.

Solid performer
Works exactly as described. The hardened steel is definitely necessary if you plan on doing any serious printing with composite materials. Only giving 4 stars because the included instructions were a bit vague, but online guides helped.

Saved my prints
My previous hotend kept clogging when trying to print wood-fill filament. This hardened steel version handles it without any issues. The throat tube fits perfectly into the Neptune 3 Plus heat break.

Good quality, runs slightly hotter
The build quality is excellent and the aluminum block heats evenly. I noticed I had to increase my temperature by about 5 degrees compared to my old setup, likely due to the steel nozzle, but print quality is fantastic.

Great value for money
Much cheaper than buying a whole new printer just to get a better hotend. This assembly restored my Neptune 3 Pro to full functionality. Prints are crisp and layer adhesion is excellent.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, this package includes the hotend assembly, nozzle, and thermistor only. Silicone socks are sold separately or may be reused from your previous setup if they fit the dimensions.
Q: Can I use this nozzle for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While the nozzle is hardened steel, we do not recommend printing pure metal filaments as they require extremely high temperatures and specialized extruders that may exceed the safety limits of this hotend assembly.
