No more heat creep!
The all-metal design completely solved my heat creep problems during long prints. The flow rate is excellent, and the finish on the metal parts suggests high manufacturing standards.

Robust and reliable
I've been running this for three months straight on a farm printer. Zero clogs, even when switching between PLA and Nylon. The integrated throat design makes assembly much cleaner than separate components.

Great quality, minor tuning needed
The build quality is excellent and the hardened steel nozzle handles carbon fiber filament without wear. I had to adjust my PID settings slightly after installation, but once tuned, prints are flawless.

Solid performer for high-temp materials
Successfully printing Polycarbonate at 280°C. The hardened nozzle is a must-have for abrasive filaments. Only giving 4 stars because the included thermal paste tube was nearly empty, but that's a minor issue.

Perfect upgrade for my Voron 2.4
This hotend kit installed seamlessly into my Voron 2.4. The all-metal throat eliminates heat creep issues I had with the stock PTFE lined version. Printing ABS at 260°C is now stable and consistent.

Best value for Voron upgrades
Compared to other brands, this offers the same performance at a better price point. The heating is uniform, and the thermistor readings are accurate right out of the box.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for continuous printing?
A: While the components can withstand up to 300°C, we recommend continuous printing at temperatures up to 280°C for optimal longevity of the heater cartridge and thermistor.
Q: Can I use this with standard brass nozzles or only the included hardened one?
A: The hotend accepts any standard E3D V6 style nozzle thread. You can swap the included hardened steel nozzle for brass, stainless steel, or other materials as long as they match the M6 thread specification.
Q: Is this compatible with a 12V power supply system?
A: This specific kit is designed for 24V systems commonly found in Voron printers. Using it with 12V will result in insufficient heating. We offer a 12V variant separately if needed.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone sock is not included in this package to keep costs down, as many Voron users already have spares. It is highly recommended to use one for temperature stability and safety.
Q: How difficult is the installation for someone new to Voron builds?
A: If you have already assembled the main frame of a Voron, this is a straightforward swap. It involves removing the old hotend, applying thermal paste, and securing this unit. Detailed instructions are available in our online manual.
