Best value extruder kit
Compared to OEM parts, this offers better thermal stability at half the price. The cooling fan mount is sturdy and keeps the heat break cool effectively.

Solid construction for abrasive filaments

Perfect upgrade for my Prusa i3
This all-metal kit solved my clogging issues immediately. The heat distribution is excellent, and I can now print at higher temperatures without worry. Installation took about 20 minutes.
Q: Does the kit include a thermal paste?
A: No, thermal paste is not included in the box. We recommend applying a high-quality thermal compound between the heater block and the heat sink during assembly for optimal performance.
Q: My printer uses a 24V power supply, will this work?
A: Yes, this kit comes with a 24V heater cartridge pre-installed. Please double-check your specific unit upon arrival, as we also stock 12V versions separately.
Q: What is the length of the heat break?
A: The heat break included in this kit has a standard length of 40mm, which fits most V6-style and MK8-style hotend mounts commonly used on Prusa derivatives.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Prusa i3 MK2?
