Solid construction
Well-machined block. The holes for the thermistor and heater cartridge are aligned correctly. Just make sure you use high-temperature thermal paste during installation.

Excellent replacement part
My old block was worn out, and this was a direct replacement. Installation took less than 10 minutes. Temperature stability is excellent now.
