Solid upgrade component
Used this to convert to an all-metal hotend setup. Works well with high-temperature filaments like ABS. Just remember to recalibrate your PID settings after swapping.

Perfect fit for my Ender-3 S1
These parts replaced my worn-out hotend components perfectly. The heating block fits snugly, and the silicone sock provides excellent insulation. My print quality improved immediately after installation.

Great value for money
Much cheaper than buying the entire extruder assembly. The machining on the heating block is precise, and the thermistor hole aligns perfectly. Highly recommended.

Good quality, minor threading issue
Overall great value. The brass throat is high quality, but I had to be careful threading it into the block to avoid cross-threading. Once installed, it works flawlessly with PLA and PETG.

Essential spare parts
Every 3D printer owner should have a spare set of these. The silicone sock keeps the heat concentrated, helping with layer adhesion. Fast shipping and well-packaged.
Q: What tools do I need for installation?
A: You will typically need a hex key set (usually 2mm and 2.5mm), a small wrench for the nozzle, and possibly pliers. Always ensure the printer is powered off and cooled down before starting.
Q: Does this kit include the nozzle?
A: No, this package includes the heating block, throat tube, and silicone sock only. Nozzles are sold separately to allow you to choose your preferred size and material.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Ender-3 V2?
A: No, this specific kit is designed for the Sprite direct extruder found on the Ender-3 S1 series. The Ender-3 V2 uses a different Bowden-style hotend configuration.
Q: How often should I replace the silicone sock?
A: The silicone sock does not need regular replacement unless it becomes torn or degraded. Inspect it periodically for cracks, especially if printing at very high temperatures frequently.
Q: Can I use this with nylon filament?
A: Yes, provided you use an appropriate nozzle and ensure your enclosure maintains ambient temperature. The brass throat supports temperatures up to 260°C standard, which suits most nylon blends.
