Easy swap for beginners

Good for production runs
We use these in our small farm of P1S printers. They hold up well under continuous operation. Thermal transfer is efficient. Just make sure to follow the torque specs during installation.

Perfect for Carbon Fiber Prints
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing CF-PLA and the difference is night and day. No wear visible after 500 grams of print. Highly recommended for abrasive materials.

Durable and Reliable

Solved my clogging issues
The bimetal heat break design really helps prevent clogs when switching between materials. I've been running PETG and ABS back-to-back with zero issues. A solid upgrade for serious users.

Great quality but pricey
The build quality is excellent and installation on my X1-Carbon was straightforward. It handles high temperatures well without oozing. Only giving 4 stars because it is a bit expensive compared to third-party options.
Q: Can I use this with PLA basic filament or is it only for abrasive materials?
A: You can absolutely use this with standard PLA. While it is designed to resist wear from abrasive filaments, it performs excellently with all common material types including PLA, PETG, and ABS.
Q: What is the maximum safe temperature for continuous printing with this nozzle?
A: The hardened steel nozzle and bimetal tube are rated for continuous operation up to 300°C, making it suitable for high-temperature engineering filaments.
Q: How often should I replace this nozzle if I print mostly carbon fiber?
A: With the hardened steel and alloy construction, lifespan is significantly extended. For heavy carbon fiber usage, we recommend inspecting every 1kg of filament and replacing if dimensional accuracy drops, typically lasting 3-5 times longer than brass nozzles.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 non-Carbon version?
A: Yes, this hotend assembly is fully compatible with both the standard Bambu Lab X1 and the X1-Carbon models.
Q: Does this come with a silicone sock?
