Solid upgrade
Works exactly as expected. The hardened steel handles glass-filled nylon without wearing down. Only giving 4 stars because they take a bit longer to heat up than the stock brass nozzles, but it's negligible.

Perfect fit for P1S
Installation was straightforward on my P1S. The M6 threading fits perfectly without any cross-threading issues. Highly recommend keeping a set of these on hand if you experiment with different materials.

Good durability, slightly slower flow
These nozzles are very durable against abrasive filaments. I did notice a slight reduction in flow rate compared to brass when printing at high speeds, but adjusting the flow ratio in the slicer fixed it immediately.

No more frequent replacements
I used to change my nozzle every few weeks due to abrasion. Since switching to this kit, I haven't had to replace a single nozzle. The initial cost is higher, but it saves money in the long run.

Essential for carbon fiber prints
Switched to these hardened steel nozzles specifically for printing with CF-PLA. The brass nozzle wore out in two prints, but these have been going strong for months. Print quality remains sharp and consistent.

Great value kit
Getting all three sizes in one pack is convenient. The 0.6mm nozzle has become my go-to for structural parts where layer adhesion is more important than fine detail. No clogging issues so far.
Q: What is the maximum temperature these nozzles can withstand?
A: These hardened steel nozzles are rated for temperatures up to 300°C, making them suitable for most engineering filaments available for the P1 series.
Q: Can I use these nozzles with standard PLA filament?
A: Yes, you can use them with standard PLA. However, brass nozzles offer slightly better thermal conductivity for non-abrasive filaments. These are best reserved for abrasive materials like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my printer after changing the nozzle size?
A: Yes, whenever you change the nozzle diameter, you must update the printer profile in Bambu Studio to match the new size and run the flow calibration process for optimal results.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the X1 Carbon printer?
A: No, this kit is specifically designed for the Bambu Lab P1 Series (P1P and P1S). The X1 series uses a different hotend assembly configuration.
Q: How do I remove a stuck nozzle safely?
A: Heat the hotend to 200°C, then use the provided wrench to unscrew the nozzle while the heatblock is supported. Avoid forcing it when cold to prevent damage to the heater block threads.
