Solid performance
Heats up quickly and maintains temperature accurately. I've run several ABS prints without any issues. Just make sure to level your bed again after installation.

Perfect replacement for my A1

Good quality, slightly tight fit
The part feels very sturdy and well-made. The only reason for 4 stars is that the connector felt a bit tight going into the toolhead, but it clicked in securely after some gentle pressure.

Essential spare part
If you own an A1 or A1 mini, you should have one of these in your toolkit. It's much easier to swap the whole assembly than to try and disassemble the hotend for deep cleaning.
Q: How difficult is the installation for a beginner?
A: It is relatively easy. You will need to heat the printer to remove the old nozzle, unscrew two screws to remove the old assembly, and reverse the process for the new one. Detailed video guides are available on our support page.
Q: Does this come with a new nozzle or just the block?
A: This is a complete hotend heating assembly, which includes the heater block, thermistor, heater cartridge, and a pre-installed 0.4mm nozzle.
Q: What is the return policy if this doesn't fix my issue?
A: We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in original packaging. If the part is defective, please contact our support team within 6 months for a warranty replacement.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab P1P?
A: No, this hotend assembly is specifically designed for the A1 and A1 mini models. The P1P uses a different hotend configuration.
Q: Can I use this for printing carbon fiber filaments?
A: While the assembly is robust, standard nozzles are brass. For abrasive materials like carbon fiber, we recommend swapping the included nozzle for a hardened steel one compatible with this hotend.
