Does exactly what it says. The base is heavy enough to stay put. It's a bit smaller than I imagined from the pictures, but it still holds a good amount of cards.

Great little clip. It holds thick cardstock without bending. I deducted one star only because the clip tension is quite tight, so be careful when inserting delicate photos.
