Perfect for my daughter's calligraphy practice
My third-grader is learning cursive and this pen makes such a difference. The bent nib creates beautiful thick and thin lines effortlessly. It feels sturdy in her small hands and hasn't leaked once.

Best starter fountain pen
Bought this for my son who is just getting into fountain pens. The bent nib is forgiving and makes his handwriting look instantly better. He loves the 'cannon' design too.

Nice weight, good line variation
The pen has a nice heft to it which helps with control. The line variation is obvious even for a beginner. Just make sure to use decent paper, as wetter inks can bleed through cheap notebook paper.

Durable and reliable
We have dropped this pen several times on the classroom floor, and it still writes perfectly. The metal construction is much better than the plastic pens we used before. Highly recommend for students.

Excellent for sketching signatures
I bought this for signing art prints and quick sketches. The stub nib adds a nice artistic flair to my signature. It writes smoothly on various paper types without skipping.

Great value, smooth writer
For the price, you cannot beat this pen. The steel body gives it a premium feel. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the converter can be a bit tricky to fill initially, but once you get the hang of it, it works fine.
