Great value for the price
The aesthetic is beautiful and feels premium in the hand. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that it took a few minutes to get the ink flowing initially, but once it started, it was flawless.

Perfect for learning calligraphy!
I bought this for my daughter who is interested in hand-lettering. The curved nib makes it incredibly easy to create thick and thin strokes without needing perfect pressure control. It writes smoothly right out of the box.

Smooth writer for beginners
As someone new to fountain pens, this was a great entry point. The curved nib forgives a lot of beginner mistakes and still produces nice calligraphic lines. Would buy again.

Good but requires specific angle
The pen is well-made, but the curved nib requires you to hold it at a very specific angle. If you rotate your wrist too much while writing, the ink flow stops. Great for practice, maybe not for fast note-taking.

A: Yes, but it may require some adjustment. The curved nib is designed to work best when held at a consistent angle. Left-handed users often find success by rotating the paper rather than their grip.

A: To clean, remove the cartridge or converter and rinse the nib section under lukewarm running water until the water runs clear. Let it air dry completely before inserting new ink. Do not use hot water or solvents.
Q: Is the nib replaceable if it gets damaged?
A: The nib unit is friction-fit and can be removed with careful handling. However, due to the specialized curved shape, we recommend contacting support for replacement nib units specific to this model rather than generic ones.
