Q: What happens if the recipient is not home during the delivery window?
A: Our courier will attempt to contact the recipient twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be held at the nearest Macau distribution center for pickup, and you will be notified immediately.
Q: Is the wine selection customizable based on preference (Red vs. White)?
A: Yes, during the checkout process, you can select your preference for Red, White, or a Mixed pairing. Subject to availability on the selected delivery date.
Q: Do you offer halal-certified food options in the gift basket?
A: Currently, our standard gourmet selection does not carry Halal certification. However, we can customize the food items upon request if you contact us directly before ordering.
