Works but dries out quickly if uncapped
The testing accuracy is fine, but you have to be very careful to cap them immediately. I left one open for a few minutes during a shift change and it seemed to evaporate faster than expected.

Essential for our packaging line
These pens are incredibly accurate for checking corona treatment on our polyethylene films. The color contrast makes it easy to see if the surface tension is adequate before printing.

Perfect for adhesion testing
We use these to ensure proper ink adhesion on various substrates. The 42 and 46 dyne pens are our most used. Highly recommend for any flexographic printing operation.

Good value for bulk testing
We ordered the full range from 30 to 70. They work well for quick spot checks. The only minor issue is that the caps can be a bit tight after frequent use, but the fluid quality is consistent.

Reliable and consistent
Been using Taixing pens for years in our lab. They provide reliable results comparable to more expensive international brands. Great for daily QC routines.
Q: Do you sell refill solutions for empty bottles?
A: Currently, we only sell the complete pen units with the applicator tip. Refill solutions are not available separately to ensure contamination does not affect test results.
Q: Can these pens be used on metal surfaces?
A: These pens are specifically designed for non-porous polymer surfaces like plastic films and foils. They are not intended for testing metal surfaces.
Q: What is the shelf life of these pens once opened?
A: While unopened pens last up to 12 months, we recommend using opened pens within 3 to 6 months for optimal accuracy, provided they are capped tightly immediately after each use.
Q: Is there a certificate of analysis included with the batch?
A: Yes, a batch-specific certificate of analysis verifying the dyne level accuracy can be provided upon request via email after purchase.
Q: How should I store these pens to maintain their effectiveness?
A: Store the pens in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Keep them upright with caps securely tightened to prevent evaporation.
