Best budget development board

Perfect for learning embedded systems

Good starter kit
Great entry-level board. The minimal system design means you get straight to coding without unnecessary components. Just remember to use 3.3V logic levels for your sensors to avoid damage.

Reliable and fast

Solid hardware, minor documentation gaps
The board itself is high quality with good soldering. However, the included manual is a bit sparse. You will need to refer to the official ST datasheets for advanced peripheral configuration. Still recommended.

Exceeded expectations
I was skeptical about the low price, but the build quality is excellent. All GPIOs are accessible, and the voltage regulator is stable. Highly recommend for anyone transitioning from AVR to ARM.
