Solid choice for student projects
We bought five of these for our university robotics club. They are durable and easy to program. The only minor issue is that the included screws were a bit short for thicker cases, but standard spacers worked fine.

Excellent sensitivity and clarity
The XMOS chip handles echo cancellation beautifully. I am using this for a custom smart speaker project, and the audio input quality rivals much more expensive commercial solutions.

Best value for voice AI development
I have tested several mic arrays, and this offers the best balance of price and performance. The beamforming works well, and the RGB LEDs provide great visual feedback for state changes.

Great hardware, documentation could be better
The microphone quality is excellent and the acoustic enclosure looks professional. I deducted one star because some of the Python library examples were outdated, but the community forums helped me resolve it quickly.

Perfect for Home Assistant Projects

Plug and play as advertised
