Good value but instructions could be better
The part itself works great and heats up evenly. I deducted one star because the included paper instructions were a bit vague. I had to watch a YouTube video to get the wiring exactly right. Once installed, no issues.

Solved my under-extrusion issues
I was struggling with inconsistent extrusion for weeks. Swapping in this assembly fixed the problem immediately. The thermal stability seems even better than the stock unit. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy upgrade for beginners

Solid build quality
The machining on the nozzle block looks precise. I've run about 2kg of filament through it so far with zero clogs. The only minor issue is that the silicone sock fits a little loosely, but it stays in place during printing.

Perfect drop-in replacement
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this kit. Installation was straightforward and took about 15 minutes. The print quality is back to being crisp and detailed. Highly recommended for Vyper owners.

Fast shipping and great performance
Arrived two days earlier than expected. Installed it on my Vyper and ran a calibration cube immediately. Dimensions were spot on. Great spare part to have on hand.
Q: Can I use this with a 12V power supply?
A: No, this heater cartridge is rated for 24V systems only. Using it with a 12V supply will result in insufficient heating and failure to reach target temperatures. Please ensure your printer operates on 24V.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Kobra instead of the Vyper?
A: While both printers use similar technology, the mounting bracket and wire harness length are specifically designed for the Vyper. We recommend checking your specific model's hotend dimensions before purchasing for a Kobra.
Q: What is the resistance value of the included thermistor?
A: The included thermistor is a standard NTC 100K sensor, which matches the default firmware settings for the Anycubic Vyper.
Q: Does this kit support abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: This assembly features a standard brass nozzle which is not ideal for highly abrasive materials. For carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments, we suggest purchasing a separate hardened steel nozzle compatible with the M6 thread.
Q: Do I need to re-level the bed after installation?
A: Yes, whenever you replace the hotend assembly, the Z-offset may change slightly. We strongly recommend performing a fresh bed leveling and Z-offset calibration to ensure optimal first-layer adhesion.
