Looks and sounds pro
I am very impressed with the build quality. The chrome hardware shines beautifully and the pickguard layers are crisp. It gave my budget guitar a much more premium feel.

Perfect drop-in replacement
This control plate fit my Squier Tele perfectly without any modification. The pots feel smooth and the chrome dome knobs look fantastic. Highly recommended for anyone looking to upgrade their stock electronics.

Instant vintage tone
Swapped out my noisy stock electronics for this set and the difference is night and day. The 250k pots really open up the high end on my single coils. Installation took about 20 minutes.

Great quality, minor wiring note
The components are high quality and sound great. Just note that the grounding wire was a bit short for my specific body cavity, so I had to extend it slightly. Otherwise, a solid product.

Easy weekend project

Good value kit
For the price, you get everything you need. The switch feels a bit stiffer than expected, but it should break in over time. The knobs are tight and secure.
Q: Will this fit a standard Fender American Telecaster?
A: Yes, this control plate is designed to fit standard Telecaster body routs, including Fender American and Mexican models.
Q: What is the shaft size of the pots?
A: These feature standard 24-spline shafts compatible with most push-on or set-screw knobs, though the included dome knobs use a specific fitment provided in the kit.
Q: Are the potentiometers soldered to the plate already?
A: The potentiometers are mounted to the plate, but you will need to solder the pickup leads and ground wires yourself according to your preferred wiring diagram.
Q: Can I use this with humbucker pickups?
A: While physically compatible, 250k pots are typically used for single-coil pickups. For humbuckers, we generally recommend 500k pots for optimal brightness, though this will still function.
Q: Does this come with a capacitor for the tone circuit?
A: Yes, a standard 0.047µF capacitor is included and pre-installed in the wiring harness for the tone control.
