Solid build quality
The machining on the aluminum block is precise. Temperature stability is excellent even during long prints. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Works but instructions unclear
The part itself functions well, but the included installation guide was very vague. Had to watch a YouTube video to get it installed correctly.

Good upgrade, minor fan noise
The extruder works great and heats up quickly. The only downside is the cooling fan is slightly louder than the original, but it cools efficiently.

Perfect fit for my CR-6 SE
This hotend assembly was exactly what I needed. Installation took less than 10 minutes and the print quality improved immediately. No more clogging issues!
Q: What is the maximum temperature this hotend can handle?
A: The upgraded heater cartridge supports temperatures up to 260°C safely, suitable for PLA, PETG, and ABS filaments.
Q: Is this compatible with the original CR-6?
A: This specific model is designed for the CR-6 SE. While it may fit the original CR-6 with modifications, we cannot guarantee compatibility without adjustments.
Q: Do I need to level the bed again after installing?
A: Yes, whenever you replace the hotend assembly, it is highly recommended to re-level the build plate to ensure proper first-layer adhesion.
Q: Can I use 3.0mm filament with this?
A: No, this extruder is strictly designed for 1.75mm filament. Using 3.0mm filament will cause jams and potential damage to the unit.
Q: Does this come with the silicone sock?
A: No, the silicone sock is not included in this package. It must be purchased separately or reused from your old assembly if intact.
