Great quality, strong initial scent
The build quality is excellent and the solid design means no parts to break. There was a slight silicone smell when I first opened it, but it aired out after a day. Great for reflexology sessions.

Helps with foot fatigue
As someone who stands all day, this mat is a lifesaver. Rolling my feet over the textured surface after work relieves tension immediately. The liquid silicone material is easy to clean too.

Perfect for my morning routine
I use this mat every morning for super slow jogging in place. The silicone provides just the right amount of cushioning while still stimulating pressure points. It feels very durable and doesn't slide on my hardwood floor.

Excellent non-slip grip
Even when my feet are slightly sweaty during a workout, this mat stays put. The texture provides great traction. It's become an essential part of my home gym setup for cool-downs.

Sturdy and effective
I was skeptical about the weight loss claims, but using this for daily low-impact cardio has definitely improved my circulation and energy levels. The solid construction is much better than foam mats that compress over time.

Good for beginners
The pressure points are firm but not painful, making it suitable for beginners to acupressure. I wish it came in a larger size for full-body stretching, but for foot massage and jogging, it is perfect.
Q: What is the return policy if the texture is too firm for me?
A: We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the firmness does not meet your expectations, you can return the item in its original condition for a full refund.
Q: Can this mat be used outdoors on concrete?
A: Yes, the solid liquid silicone is weather-resistant and can be used outdoors. However, we recommend rinsing it with water after use to remove any dirt or debris from the texture.
Q: Does the 'Super Slow Jogging' require special shoes?
A: No special shoes are required. You can use the mat barefoot for maximum reflexology benefits or wear lightweight athletic shoes if you prefer more cushioning during your jogging routine.
Q: Is this product suitable for people with diabetes?
A: While many users find relief with reflexology, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before using acupressure products if you have diabetes or reduced sensation in your feet.
Q: How do I clean the mat if it gets very dirty?
A: You can wash it with mild soap and warm water. Since it is made of solid silicone, you can also rinse it directly under a shower or hose. Allow it to air dry completely before rolling it up.
