Perfect fit for small hands
These gloves are exactly what I needed for my weightlifting sessions. The sizing is true to form for women, and the padding prevents blisters effectively.

Excellent for cycling too
Bought these primarily for lifting but tried them on my bike commute. The breathability is fantastic, and my hands didn't sweat at all.

Best gym investment
Highly recommend for anyone serious about training. The grip confidence they provide on heavy lifts is unmatched in this price range.

Great grip, stylish design
I love the non-slip feature on the pull-up bar. They look great too. Only giving 4 stars because the velcro strap could be slightly longer for thicker wrists.

No more calluses!
After two weeks of daily gym use, my hands feel so much better. The anti-callus padding really works without making the gloves too bulky.
Q: Are these gloves machine washable?
A: We recommend hand washing them in cold water and air drying to preserve the integrity of the padding and velcro straps.
Q: Is there a warranty on the stitching?
A: Yes, Li-Ning products come with a standard 30-day manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Q: How breathable is the material during summer workouts?
A: The gloves feature a breathable mesh back that allows for significant airflow, keeping your hands cool even during intense summer sessions.
Q: Do these come in size Small?
A: Yes, we offer sizes ranging from XS to XL. Please refer to our size chart to measure your palm width for the best fit.
Q: Can I use these for rock climbing?
A: While they offer excellent grip for gym equipment and pull-ups, they are not specifically designed with the thick rubber needed for outdoor rock climbing.
