Intense but effective
It hurts a little bit at first if you aren't used to acupressure, but after a minute it feels amazing. I stand on it while brushing my teeth now. Took off one star because I wish it was slightly larger.

Good quality, very firm
The build quality is solid and it doesn't move around. However, the spikes are quite sharp. If you have very sensitive feet, you might need to wear thin socks initially.

Great for pre-run warmups
