Silent and smooth operation
I was worried about noise levels since I work from home, but this JACK model is surprisingly quiet. The servo motor responds instantly to the pedal pressure. Excellent purchase.

Great value industrial machine
Very sturdy build quality. It handles thick denim without skipping stitches. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the manual could be more detailed in English, but online videos helped.
