Great value industrial machine
Solid build quality and very fast. The automatic thread trimmer works flawlessly. I took off one star because the manual could be more detailed for beginners, but overall a fantastic purchase.

Best investment for small business
We use this in our small alteration shop. It handles denim and heavy fabrics without skipping stitches. The energy efficiency of the direct drive motor is also a nice bonus on our electric bill.

Fast and reliable
Very happy with the speed and automation features. The knee lifter is responsive. Just ensure you have a sturdy table as it vibrates slightly at maximum speed, though nothing concerning.

Perfect upgrade for my home studio
I upgraded from a mechanical machine to this JACK A4C and the difference is night and day. The computerized controls make stitching consistent, and the servo motor is incredibly quiet. Highly recommend for serious hobbyists.

Smooth and precise
The flatbed design gives me plenty of room for large projects like quilts and curtains. The stitch quality is professional grade. Setup was straightforward with the included tools.
