Reliable but requires careful mounting
The sensor works perfectly once aligned correctly. Make sure your mechanical mounting is rigid to avoid micro-vibrations affecting the reading. Otherwise, it's a great product.

Solid performance, easy setup
The plug-in design saved us a lot of installation time. Calibration was straightforward using the dip switches. Only giving 4 stars because the manual could be more detailed regarding advanced configurations.

Excellent precision for industrial automation
We installed these modules on our conveyor sorting system. The built-in amplifier makes wiring much cleaner, and the signal stability is impressive even with motor interference nearby.

Robust build quality
Used in a dusty warehouse environment for three months now without any issues. The IP65 rating holds up well, and the displacement readings remain consistent.
Q: Does it support IO-Link communication?
A: No, this specific model provides analog output only (4-20mA/0-10V). For IO-Link capabilities, please check our digital series transmitters.
Q: Can the measurement range be adjusted by the user?
A: The range is factory-set based on the specific model number ordered. However, we offer custom configuration services if you need a non-standard range before shipping.
Q: Is this compatible with Siemens S7-1200 PLCs?
A: Yes, the standard 4-20 mA output is fully compatible with Siemens S7-1200 analog input modules without requiring additional converters.
Q: What is the length of the included connection cable?
A: This is a plug-in module designed to connect directly to the sensor head or terminal block; no cable is included as it depends on your specific wiring setup.
Q: How do I calibrate the zero point?
A: There is a small trimmer potentiometer on the side of the module. With the sensor at the zero position, gently adjust the pot while monitoring the output until it reads 4mA or 0V.
