Great value for the price
Bought five of these for a home automation project. Four worked perfectly out of the box. One had a slightly loose pin header, but I just re-soldered it. Accuracy is good for general ambient light detection.

Good sensor, minor documentation issues
The hardware itself is excellent. The only downside is that the included paper manual is very basic. You definitely need to look up the datasheet online for advanced configuration modes.

Perfect for Arduino Projects

Easy to use for beginners
