Fast shipping and great performance
Arrived two days early. Swapped out the old head in about 20 minutes. First print came out perfect with no calibration needed beyond basic leveling.

Excellent build quality
The brass nozzle and aluminum block feel durable. I've been running PLA and PETG without any leaks or jams. Highly recommend keeping one of these as a spare.

Saved my printer
Thought I needed a new printer when my extruder failed. This kit brought my Anycubic Vyper back to life. Heats up quickly and maintains temperature very well.

Good value, minor fitting issue
The component quality is solid for the price. I had to slightly adjust the fan mounting screws to get a perfect fit on my Chiron, but once installed, it works flawlessly.

Works but instructions lacking
The part itself works fine, but the included paper instructions were very vague. I had to watch a YouTube tutorial to install it correctly. Would be 5 stars with better docs.

Perfect replacement for my Vyper
My original hotend started clogging frequently, so I ordered this kit. Installation was straightforward, and the print quality improved immediately. No more under-extrusion issues.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber?
A: While the assembly works mechanically, the included brass nozzle is not recommended for abrasive filaments. We suggest upgrading to a hardened steel nozzle for those materials.
Q: Is this compatible with the Anycubic Kobra series?
A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the Vyper and Chiron models. The mounting points differ for the Kobra series.
Q: What is the diameter of the nozzle included in the kit?
A: The kit comes pre-installed with a standard 0.4mm brass nozzle, which is suitable for most general-purpose printing.
Q: Do I need to update my firmware after installing this?
A: No firmware update is required. This is a direct hardware replacement with identical thermal properties to the original stock part.
Q: Does this kit come with the silicone sock for the heater block?
