Saved my family photos
I have boxes of old black and white negatives from my grandfather. This device made it so easy to convert them to digital files. The color accuracy on the slides is also impressive.

Good for 4x5 sheets
Finding affordable holders for large format film is hard. This fits my 4x5 sheets perfectly with no light leaks. Deducting one star only because the USB cable could be longer.

Essential tool for film photographers
If you shoot film and want to share images online quickly, this is the solution. It's much faster than flatbed scanning and produces cleaner results with less dust visible.

Great value, minor learning curve
The build quality is excellent for the price. It took me a little while to get the focus perfectly sharp on the edges of the 35mm strips, but once dialed in, the results are incredible. Highly recommend for hobbyists.

Solid construction
Unlike cheaper plastic models, this feels robust. The aluminum frame keeps everything flat, which is crucial for sharp scans. The LED panel is bright enough without causing glare.

Perfect for my medium format archives
I needed a reliable way to digitize my old 120 rolls without spending thousands on a dedicated scanner. This viewer works flawlessly with my DSLR macro setup. The light is even, and the 4x5 holder is surprisingly sturdy.
Q: Is the light source adjustable in brightness?
A: The unit features a fixed high-CRI LED output optimized for film digitization. We recommend adjusting your camera's exposure settings rather than dimming the light to maintain color accuracy.
Q: Does this come with a holder for 35mm film strips?
A: Yes, the package includes a dedicated holder for 135 (35mm) film strips that can accommodate up to 6 frames at once.
Q: Does this work with infrared film?
A: Yes, the LED light source emits a spectrum suitable for standard black and white, color, and infrared film digitization.
Q: Can I use this with a smartphone camera instead of a DSLR?
A: Absolutely. While a DSLR with a macro lens yields the highest resolution, many users successfully use modern smartphones with clip-on macro lenses attached to the tripod mount.
Q: What is the return policy if the 120 holder doesn't fit my negatives?
A: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. The 120 holder is designed to standard dimensions, but if you encounter any issues, please contact us for a full refund or exchange.
