Perfect for small office compliance
This device was exactly what we needed for our small reception desk. The setup was incredibly easy since it doesn't require a dedicated computer to run. We just plugged it in, connected the network cable, and it started recording immediately. The audio quality is clear enough to hear both sides of the conversation distinctly.

Does what it says on the tin
We use this in our customer service department. The ability to search by date and caller number makes retrieving specific calls very fast. Audio is crisp. My only wish is that it supported larger SD cards than 32GB, as we have high call volumes and have to offload files frequently.

Reliable and standalone
I bought this specifically because I didn't want to leave a PC running 24/7 just to record calls. This Huitong box sits quietly behind the phone and does its job perfectly. The real-time monitoring allows me to listen in if there is a dispute with a client, which has saved us twice already.

Great features, manual could be better
The network query feature works flawlessly; I can check recordings from my laptop anywhere in the office. The caller ID pop-up is a nice touch for tracking who called when. I deducted one star because the instruction manual is a bit sparse on details for advanced network configuration, but basic setup is plug-and-play.

Good hardware, software interface is dated
The hardware itself feels sturdy and the recording function is stable. However, the web interface for querying recordings looks a bit old-fashioned and isn't very intuitive on mobile browsers. It works fine on a desktop, but don't expect a modern app experience. Still, it gets the job done for the price.

Excellent value for money
Compared to other systems that require expensive software licenses, this is a breath of fresh air. One-time purchase, no monthly fees. The caller ID integration helps us log calls automatically. Highly recommend for any business needing simple, effective landline recording without the IT overhead.

A: No, there are no monthly fees or subscriptions. The software for the Caller ID pop-up and the recording management system is included free with the purchase of the hardware.
Q: Can multiple users access the recorded files over the network at the same time?
A: Yes, the device hosts a web server that allows multiple authorized users on the same local network to query and download recordings simultaneously, depending on your network bandwidth.
Q: What happens if the power goes out? Will I lose the recordings?
A: Recordings are saved continuously to the MicroSD card. If the power fails, the device will stop recording until power is restored, but existing files on the card remain safe. We recommend using a UPS for continuous operation.
