Reliable daily performer

Works but cable is short
The recording function is accurate and the device is compact. However, the included USB cable is quite short, so I had to buy an extension to reach my computer tower comfortably.

Good quality, software needs patience
The hardware feels solid and the audio quality is crisp. The installation took a bit longer than expected to configure with my specific dialing software, but once running, it has been reliable.
Q: Can it record if the computer is in sleep mode?
A: No, the computer must be awake and the recording software must be running for the device to capture and save calls. If the PC sleeps, the recording process will pause.
Q: Is this compatible with Mac OS?
A: Currently, the proprietary software required to manage the call logs and playback is designed for Windows operating systems only. It is not officially supported on Mac OS at this time.
Q: Does this device work with VoIP phones or only traditional landlines?
A: This device is designed specifically for traditional analog landline (PSTN) fixed-lines connected via RJ11. It is not compatible with pure VoIP digital signals unless passed through an analog telephone adapter (ATA).
Q: Do I need to install drivers manually?
A: In most cases, Windows will recognize the device automatically as a standard audio interface. However, you must install the accompanying management software provided on the CD or download link to organize and play back the recordings effectively.
Q: What is the maximum length of a single recording file?
A: The recording length is limited only by your available hard drive space. The software typically segments long calls into manageable files or creates a single continuous file depending on your settings.
