Good flow, nice colors
The pure blue is a lovely shade, not too bright. Dries reasonably fast. Only wish the bottle was slightly larger.
Q: Does this come with a dropper or do I need to buy one separately?
A: The bottle comes with a built-in applicator brush under the cap for easy filling. A separate glass dropper is not included but can be purchased if preferred.
Q: Is the 'Quick-Dry Blue-Black' waterproof?
A: This ink is water-resistant once fully dried, meaning light exposure to water will not cause immediate smearing, but it is not fully waterproof for archival purposes.
Q: Is this ink safe to use in vintage fountain pens?
A: Yes, our non-carbon and non-clogging formula is specifically designed to be safe for both modern and vintage fountain pens, preventing sediment buildup.
Q: How long does it take for the blue-black ink to dry on standard notebook paper?
A: On standard 80gsm notebook paper, the quick-dry formula typically dries within 10 to 15 seconds, depending on the nib size and amount of ink laid down.
Q: Can I mix the red ink with the pure blue to make purple?
A: While physically possible, we do not recommend mixing different colors or batches as it may alter the chemical balance, potentially affecting flow and drying properties.
