Good quality, needs precise tuning
Solid brass build quality. It took a little time to get the air-to-liquid ratio just right for our cooling system, but once tuned, it works perfectly. No dripping issues.

Excellent for dust suppression
We installed these in our packaging facility to control dust. The suction mixing mechanism creates a very fine fog that settles particles effectively without wetting the boxes.

Works well but instructions are vague
The nozzle itself performs as advertised, producing a fine mist. However, the manual lacked specific pressure charts for different fluid viscosities. Had to experiment to find the sweet spot.

Perfect mist for our greenhouse
The adjustability on this brass nozzle is fantastic. We use it for humidification in our commercial greenhouse, and the micro-mist coverage is even and consistent. Very durable construction.

Great spray pattern
The atomization is very fine, much better than the plastic nozzles we replaced. Only giving 4 stars because the connection thread required some Teflon tape to seal completely.

Robust and reliable
Been running these 24/7 in an industrial setting for three months. The brass hasn't corroded, and the adjustment screws haven't loosened. Great value for the price.
Q: What is the thread specification for the liquid inlet?
A: Both the air and liquid inlets feature standard 1/4 inch NPT threads, compatible with most industrial piping and tubing fittings.
Q: Can this nozzle handle corrosive chemicals?
A: While made of brass which offers good corrosion resistance, we recommend checking chemical compatibility charts for specific aggressive solvents or acids before use.
Q: What is the maximum operating pressure for this nozzle?
A: The KB series nozzle is rated for a maximum operating pressure of 0.7 MPa (approximately 100 PSI). Exceeding this may affect the spray pattern integrity.
Q: How do I adjust the droplet size?
A: Droplet size is controlled by adjusting the ratio of air pressure to liquid flow rate. Increasing air pressure relative to liquid flow will produce a finer mist.
Q: Does this come with a filter insert?
A: No, the nozzle does not include an internal filter. We highly recommend installing an inline strainer upstream to prevent clogging of the fine atomizing orifice.
