Good concept, runs out fast
The pen works exactly as described for erasing waybill info, but the fluid seems to run out quicker than I expected. Still useful for occasional use.

Works well but specific use case
Great tool if you understand it only works on thermal paper. It erased the shipping label perfectly. Don't try it on regular printer paper though.

A: Yes, the formula is safe for general handling. However, as with any stationery item, please keep it out of reach of young children and avoid contact with eyes.
Q: Can I refill the pen when the fluid runs out?
A: This specific model is not designed to be refilled. Once the internal fluid is depleted, the entire pen unit needs to be replaced.
Q: Does this work on standard white printer paper?
A: No, this pen is specifically designed to react with heat-sensitive thermal paper found on receipts and shipping labels. It will not erase standard ink on regular paper.
Q: How long does it take for the text to disappear?
A: The reaction is nearly instant. As soon as the tip touches the thermal paper, the printed information begins to fade and disappears completely within seconds.
Q: Will this damage the cardboard box underneath the label?
A: No, the chemical reaction is specific to the thermal coating on the label. It will not harm or discolor the cardboard packaging underneath.
