Essential upgrade for X1C owners
If you plan on doing any engineering materials like ABS or ASA, this is a must-have. The detachable design makes swapping nozzles incredibly fast compared to the stock setup. Highly recommended.

Consistent flow rate

Solid performance

Great quality, slightly tricky install
The component itself feels very premium and robust. Printing temperatures are stable up to 280°C. I deducted one star only because aligning the thermistor during installation required a bit of patience, but once set, it works perfectly.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel hotend specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. No wear on the nozzle after several spools. The upgrade process was straightforward following the official guide.

A: Yes, the hardened steel construction and thermal stability allow for printing nylon and other high-temperature engineering filaments up to the printer's maximum temperature limit.

A: The standard package includes a 0.4mm hardened steel nozzle. However, the hotend assembly is compatible with other hardened steel nozzle sizes which can be purchased separately.
