Essential for serious printing
If you plan on doing anything beyond basic PLA, get this immediately. The hardened steel nozzle saves money in the long run by not needing constant replacements. Temperature consistency is spot on.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments

Good product, shipping delay

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with high-temperature ASA prints. This TZ2.0 upgrade resolved the heat creep issues completely. The cooling fan design seems more efficient than the original. Highly recommended for engineering materials.

Great quality, slightly tighter tolerance
The build quality is excellent and feels very robust. I noticed the flow rate needed a slight recalibration in the slicer compared to the stock hotend, but once dialed in, the prints are crisp. Deducting one star only because the calibration took some trial and error.

Solid construction
Feels much more durable than the stock unit. The threads on the nozzle are precise, and the heater block holds temperature very steadily. It's a bit heavier, but the printer handles it without any vibration artifacts.

A: No firmware update is required for this hardware upgrade. The printer recognizes the thermal properties automatically. We recommend performing a flow rate calibration after installation for best results.
