Works but pricey
It functions exactly as expected and prints are great, but I feel the price is a bit high for just a nozzle assembly compared to third-party options.

Essential for abrasive filaments
If you plan on printing with glass-filled nylon or carbon fiber, get this hardened steel version immediately. It lasts much longer than the brass nozzles.

Saved my print farm
We run multiple P1S printers in our office. Keeping a few of these on hand has minimized our downtime significantly. Highly recommended for professional use.

Perfect replacement part
My original nozzle got clogged with carbon fiber filament, and this replacement was incredibly easy to install. The print quality is back to perfect within minutes.

Seamless swap
The detachable design makes swapping hotends so much faster than older printer models. No need to disassemble the entire extruder motor assembly.

Good quality, fast shipping
The build quality feels solid. It fits my P1S perfectly. I deducted one star only because the silicone sock included was slightly tighter than the original, but it works fine.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this specific hotend assembly is designed for the P1S, P1P, X1, X1C, and X1E series. The A1 mini uses a different extruder architecture.
Q: What is the difference between this and the standard brass nozzle?
A: This unit features a hardened steel nozzle and endcoat, making it resistant to wear from abrasive filaments like carbon fiber, whereas brass nozzles wear down quickly with such materials.
Q: How do I calibrate the flow rate after installing this?
A: After installation, please run the 'Flow Dynamics Calibration' and 'Vibration Compensation' directly from your printer's screen or Bambu Studio software for optimal results.
Q: Can I use this with PLA filament?
A: Yes, absolutely. While it is optimized for abrasive materials, it works perfectly fine with standard PLA, PETG, and ABS filaments as well.
Q: Does this come with a new heater cartridge and thermistor?
A: Yes, the complete hotend assembly includes the nozzle, heater block, heater cartridge, and thermistor pre-installed.
