Consistent flow rate
No clogging issues so far after 20 hours of continuous printing. The 0.4mm aperture is accurate, resulting in precise dimensional accuracy for my engineering parts.

Perfect fit for my V6 setup
These nozzles threaded in smoothly without any cross-threading issues. The print quality on my PLA tests is crisp and consistent. Great value for a 5-pack.

Good quality, slight variance
Overall very satisfied. One nozzle in the batch seemed to have a slightly rougher interior finish, but the other four worked flawlessly for my ABS prints.

Decent but packaging could be better
The nozzles themselves work fine, but they arrived loose in the bag rather than individually protected. Luckily none were damaged, but better packaging would be nice.

Reliable brass nozzles
I go through nozzles quickly when testing abrasive materials, though these are standard brass. For general purpose printing, they offer excellent heat transfer and durability.
Q: What is the exact tolerance of the nozzle diameter?
A: The nozzles are manufactured with a tolerance of +/- 0.02mm to ensure consistent extrusion widths for high-quality prints.
Q: Is this product sold individually or as a set?
A: This listing is for a pack of 5 identical brass nozzles, providing you with spares for future replacements.
Q: Do I need to apply thread sealant during installation?
A: It is generally recommended to install the nozzle while the hotend is warm (around 150°C) to ensure a tight metal-to-metal seal without the need for additional sealants.
Q: Can I use these nozzles with carbon fiber filled filament?
A: We do not recommend using standard brass nozzles with abrasive filaments like carbon fiber, as they will wear out quickly. Please consider our hardened steel nozzle options for such materials.
