Good quality, slightly tight

Does the job but smells at first
It works well for insulation, but there was a strong rubber smell during the first few hours of heating. It went away after a while though.

Great addition for anyone with kids or pets around the printer. It covers the hot components effectively without interfering with the fan airflow.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this silicone can withstand?
A: Our high-temperature silicone is rated to withstand continuous exposure up to 300°C (572°F), which covers all standard filament printing temperatures.
Q: Can I leave this on while cleaning the nozzle?
A: Yes, the design allows access to the nozzle tip for cleaning while keeping the upper heating block covered. Just ensure the printer is cooled down before touching.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Bambu Lab X1 Carbon?
A: No, this sleeve is specifically designed for the P1S and P2S series hotends. The X1 Carbon has a different hotend assembly geometry.
Q: Does this interfere with the part cooling fan?
A: Not at all. The sleeve is contoured to fit around the heater block without obstructing the airflow from the part cooling duct.
Q: How do I remove it if I need to replace the hotend?
A: Simply peel it off gently starting from the bottom edge. It is flexible and reusable, so you can transfer it to a new hotend if needed.
