Robust construction
Very solid build quality. The nozzle threads are precise, and the ceramic cartridge fits snugly. It maintains temperature within 1 degree of the set point.

Solved my clogging issues
I was experiencing frequent clogs with my old setup. This metal heat break combined with the ceramic heater has completely eliminated the problem. Highly recommended for ABS printing.

Good quality, slight fitment issue
The heat break quality is top-notch and handles high temps well. I had to tighten the threads a bit more than expected to get a perfect seal, but once installed, it works great.

Great value for money
For the price, this is an excellent upgrade. It doesn't come with thermal paste, so make sure you have some on hand, but performance-wise it exceeds expectations.

Perfect replacement for my Leji iX
The ceramic heating element heats up much faster than the stock aluminum one. Installation was straightforward and the temperature stability is excellent for detailed prints.
Q: How long is the warranty if the ceramic element fails?
A: We offer a 6-month manufacturer warranty covering defects in the heating element and heat break. Please contact our support team with your order number for claims.
Q: Can I use this with flexible filaments like TPU?
A: Absolutely. The metal heat break design reduces friction and prevents filament grinding, making it highly suitable for flexible materials like TPU and TPE.
Q: What is the maximum temperature this ceramic heater can sustain continuously?
A: The ceramic heating module is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. For safety and longevity, we advise not exceeding this limit.
Q: Is this compatible with the original Leji iX V5 model?
A: This module is specifically designed for the V6 series. While it may physically fit the V5, we recommend checking your specific firmware and voltage requirements before attempting installation.
Q: Does the package include a spare nozzle?
A: Yes, the package includes one 0.4mm brass nozzle pre-installed on the heat break. Additional nozzles are sold separately.
