Much cheaper than buying directly from the main manufacturer but performs just as well. I've printed over 5kg of material with zero degradation in print quality.

Seamless replacement
My stock nozzle got clogged with debris from a bad filament batch. This replacement arrived quickly and solved the problem immediately. Prints look crisp and clean.

Good quality, slightly longer heat up
The build quality is excellent and fits perfectly. I noticed it takes about 10 seconds longer to reach target temperature compared to the stock brass nozzle, but the durability is worth it.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle to print carbon fiber PLA, and it works flawlessly. No wear after several spools. Installation on my X1 Carbon was straightforward.

Essential upgrade for P1P
If you plan on printing anything other than basic PLA, get this. The hardened steel handles glass-filled nylon without any issues. Leji did a great job with the tolerances.
Q: Do I need to recalibrate my printer after installation?
A: Yes, after installing the new hotend assembly, it is recommended to run the flow rate calibration and vibration compensation (PA calibration) in the printer settings for optimal results.
Q: Does this come with a new heater cartridge and thermistor?
A: Yes, this is a complete hotend assembly that includes the hardened steel nozzle, heater cartridge, thermistor, and heating block pre-assembled.
Q: Can I use this for printing pure metal filaments?
A: While the nozzle is hardened steel, we do not recommend printing pure metal filaments as they require specialized extruders and temperatures exceeding the safe limits of this assembly.
Q: How often should I replace the hardened steel nozzle?
A: Hardened steel nozzles last significantly longer than brass ones. Under normal use with abrasive filaments, they can last 6-12 months or more depending on usage volume.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this assembly is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S series. The A1 mini uses a different hotend configuration.
