Saved my print head!
My nozzle was completely clogged with old PLA. These needles slid right in and cleared the blockage in seconds. Much better than trying to heat and push filament through.

Good value pack
Comes with plenty of needles so you don't have to worry about bending one and running out. They are sturdy and fit perfectly into my Ender 3 nozzle.

Essential tool for any maker
If you print often, you will eventually get a clog. Having these on hand saves hours of frustration. The stainless steel feels high quality and doesn't bend easily.

Very thin and precise
These are quite thin which is great for clearing small jams without damaging the internal walls of the nozzle. Just be gentle when inserting them while hot.

Perfect fit
I was worried they might be too thick or too thin, but the diameter is spot on for standard brass nozzles. Cleared a stubborn ABS clog immediately.
Q: Do I need to clean the needles after use?
A: It is recommended to wipe off any residual filament from the needle while it is still warm using a heat-resistant cloth or paper towel to keep them clean for next time.
Q: Will this work with a 0.6mm nozzle?
A: These needles are approximately 0.35mm in diameter. While they can fit inside a 0.6mm nozzle, they may not scrub the sides effectively. They are optimized for 0.4mm nozzles.
Q: How many needles come in one package?
A: Each package contains 10 individual stainless steel cleaning needles stored in a protective plastic tube.
Q: Is this safe for hardened steel nozzles?
A: Yes, since both the needle and the hardened steel nozzle are made of durable metal, there is minimal risk of damage compared to using softer tools. However, always insert gently.
Q: Can these needles be used while the nozzle is hot?
A: Yes, they are designed to be inserted into a heated nozzle (typically around 200°C) to soften and clear the clog. Please use caution and wear protective gloves.
