Great quality, slightly tricky calibration
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. I had to run the flow calibration twice to get perfect first layers, but once dialed in, the prints are stunning. Highly recommend for heavy users.

Significant speed improvement
The three-hole design allows me to push filament much faster than the stock brass nozzle. My print times have decreased by about 20% on large functional parts. Worth every penny.

Perfect upgrade for abrasive filaments
I switched to this hardened steel nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA, and it has been flawless. The CHT design really does improve flow rates without sacrificing detail. Installation on my P1P was straightforward.

Durable and reliable
I've gone through several brass nozzles due to wear from glass-filled nylon. This hardened steel assembly has lasted months with zero signs of degradation. The fit on the X1-Carbon is precise.

Good value for money
Solid alternative to the official branded parts at a better price point. Print quality is indistinguishable from the original. Only giving 4 stars because the packaging was a bit loose, but the part itself is fine.

Essential for our lab printers
We bought five of these for our office Bambu printers. They handle the mix of standard and abrasive materials we use daily without clogging. Very satisfied with the longevity and performance.
Q: Is this compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this extruder assembly is specifically designed for the X1, X1-Carbon, P1P, and P1S models. The A1 series uses a different hotend architecture.
Q: Can I use this with regular PLA without changing settings?
A: Yes, it works perfectly with regular PLA. However, due to the higher flow rate of the CHT design, you may benefit from slightly increasing your printing temperature by 5-10 degrees for optimal results.
Q: Does this come with a heater block or just the nozzle?
A: This package includes the complete extruder assembly with the hardened steel CHT nozzle pre-installed. It is ready to swap directly into your printer.
Q: How often should I replace this compared to a brass nozzle?
A: With abrasive filaments, a brass nozzle might last only a few hundred grams, whereas this hardened steel nozzle can last for several kilograms or even years depending on usage volume.
Q: What is the hardness rating of the steel used?
A: The nozzle is made from hardened steel treated to withstand highly abrasive filaments like carbon fiber and glass fiber, typically exceeding 50 HRC, though exact ratings are proprietary.
