No more clogs
I was experiencing frequent clogs with my old nozzle when using recycled materials. This Huasu nozzle has completely solved that problem. The heat distribution seems very even.

Essential upgrade for X1C
If you plan on printing anything other than standard PLA or PETG, get this nozzle. The tungsten carbide insert handles glass-filled nylon without any issues. Print quality remains crisp.

Easy installation
I was worried about changing the nozzle myself, but the included wrench made it very easy. The instructions were clear, and my first print came out perfect. Very happy with this purchase.

Great quality, slightly tight fit
The build quality is excellent and feels very durable. It took a little extra effort to screw it in compared to the stock brass nozzle, but once installed, it works flawlessly at high temperatures.

Solid performance
We use these in our office for prototyping with tough composites. They last significantly longer than standard steel nozzles. Only giving 4 stars because the price is a bit higher than competitors, but worth it for reliability.

Perfect for abrasive filaments
I switched to this bimetallic nozzle specifically for printing carbon fiber PLA. After 2kg of filament, there is absolutely no wear on the tip. Highly recommended for anyone pushing their Bambu printer to the limit.
Q: Can I use this nozzle with pure copper filament?
A: While this nozzle is highly abrasion-resistant, pure metal filaments like copper can still be challenging. It is suitable for metal-infused PLA, but we recommend monitoring wear if printing high-volume pure metal composites.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the Bambu Lab A1 mini?
A: No, this specific model is designed for the X1 and P1 series with M6 threads. The A1 mini uses a different quick-swap nozzle system.
Q: How does this compare to the official Bambu Lab hardened steel nozzle?
A: This Huasu bimetallic nozzle offers similar abrasion resistance to the official hardened steel version but often provides better thermal conductivity due to its specific alloy composition, potentially improving layer adhesion at high speeds.
