Excellent flow rate for bulk printing
This nozzle significantly improved my print speeds without sacrificing quality. The hardened steel holds up well against abrasive filaments like carbon fiber.

Great upgrade for speed
Cut my print times down by about 30%. Just make sure your hotend can handle the increased thermal demand before switching to high-flow nozzles.

Decent but requires tuning
The flow is high, but I had to recalibrate my extruder steps and temperature settings to get optimal results. Once tuned, it performs well.

Perfect for abrasive materials
Finally found a nozzle that doesn't wear out after a single spool of wood-fill filament. The hardened steel construction is legit.

Good value clone
Works just as well as the original E3D version I've used before, but at a fraction of the cost. Installation was straightforward on my Volcano hotend.

Durable and reliable
I have been running this for over 200 hours with PLA and PETG. No signs of wear or clogging. The three-hole design really does help with melt efficiency.
Q: Does this come with a gasket or seal?
A: This item is the nozzle only. You should reuse the existing copper gasket from your previous Volcano nozzle or purchase a replacement separately if yours is damaged.
Q: Can I use this with flexible filaments like TPU?
A: Yes, but because this is a high-flow nozzle, you may need to slow down your retraction settings and print speeds slightly to prevent oozing with flexible materials.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the standard E3D V6 hotend?
A: No, this nozzle is specifically designed for the E3D Volcano hotend due to its longer length and higher flow requirements. It will not fit the standard V6.
Q: How does the 'Three-Hole' design benefit the print?
A: The internal geometry splits the filament into three streams before merging, increasing the surface area for faster melting and allowing for higher volumetric flow rates.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for this nozzle?
A: While the hardened steel can withstand very high temperatures, we recommend staying within your hotend's limits, typically up to 450°C for most setups using this nozzle.
