High precision
The tolerances on this nozzle are excellent. No leaks at the thread connection and layer adhesion is improved on my detailed miniatures.

Good but pricey
Works as expected and feels very solid. However, it is a bit more expensive than other generic options, but you pay for the E3D quality.

Good durability
I switched to this from a brass nozzle to handle some abrasive filaments. It holds up well, though heating time seems slightly longer due to the material density.

Essential upgrade
If you are running an all-metal hotend, this is the nozzle to get. The heat transfer is efficient and the stainless steel resists wear nicely.

Perfect replacement for my V6
This stainless steel nozzle fits perfectly on my E3D V6 hotend. The engraving makes it easy to identify the size, and print quality has been consistent since installation.

Reliable for office printers
We use these in our office 3D printing station. They last much longer than standard nozzles when printing daily with various materials.
Q: What is the maximum recommended temperature for this nozzle?
A: This stainless steel nozzle can safely operate at temperatures up to 300°C, making it suitable for most engineering thermoplastics.
Q: Does the package include a wrench for installation?
A: No, the package contains only the nozzle. We recommend using a standard socket wrench or a dedicated nozzle removal tool for installation.
Q: Can I use this with abrasive filaments like carbon fiber?
A: While stainless steel is more durable than brass, for highly abrasive filaments like carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark, we recommend our hardened steel nozzle variant for extended life.
Q: What is the thread size for this nozzle?
A: The nozzle features a standard M6 x 1mm thread, which is the industry standard for E3D style hotends.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the E3D V5 hotend?
A: Yes, this stainless steel nozzle is fully compatible with both E3D V5 and V6 all-metal extruder heads.
