Huge upgrade from the standard V6
The Revo system makes changing nozzles incredibly fast. The ceramic integrated throat seems to handle heat creep much better than my old setup. Highly recommended for anyone upgrading their Ender or Prusa.

Perfect for engineering filaments
I run a lot of ABS and PC, and this hotend handles the temperatures without any issues. The brass nozzle provides great thermal conductivity. Zero clogs so far after 50 hours of printing.

Consistent extrusion
The flow rate consistency on this kit is superior to generic clones. My layer adhesion has improved noticeably. Worth every penny for professional-grade results.

Solid build quality
We bought five of these for our community lab printers. They are robust and the ceramic component feels very durable. One unit had a slightly bent fan bracket, but it was easily fixed.

Great performance, tricky initial install
Once installed, the print quality is fantastic and temperature stability is excellent. However, aligning the fan shroud took some patience. Make sure you have good lighting during assembly.

Easy nozzle swaps are a game changer
As someone who changes nozzle sizes frequently for different details, the Revo mechanism is amazing. No more wrestling with wrenches while the hotend is scorching hot. Very safe and efficient.
Q: Is this compatible with a 12V printer setup?
A: This specific kit comes configured with a 24V heater cartridge. For a 12V system, you would need to purchase the 12V variant or swap the heater cartridge separately.
Q: Does this come with thermal paste pre-applied?
A: Yes, the heater block and thermistor area come with high-temperature thermal compound already applied from the factory.
Q: What is the maximum continuous operating temperature?
A: The Revo V6 kit is rated for continuous operation up to 300°C. Short bursts up to 320°C are possible but may reduce component lifespan.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with the included brass nozzle?
A: While the hotend assembly supports high temperatures, the included brass nozzle is not recommended for abrasive materials. We suggest purchasing a hardened steel or ruby-tipped nozzle separately for carbon fiber prints.
Q: Is the cooling fan replaceable if it fails?
A: Absolutely. The kit uses a standard 4010 blower fan. You can easily replace it with any compatible 40mm x 10mm 24V blower fan if needed.
