I thought I broke my whole machine, but it was just the nozzle. This replacement fixed everything immediately. Great support from the seller too.

Works great with TPU filament
I was worried about flexibility issues, but this nozzle handles TPU smoothly. No jams so far after printing three spools. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Solid performance for the price
We use these for our office fleet of FlashForge printers. They are reliable and consistent. The thermal conductivity seems excellent as heat-up times are quick.

Perfect replacement for my AD5 Pro
My original nozzle got clogged beyond repair, and this spare part fit perfectly. The print quality is back to normal with no layer shifting. Installation took less than 10 minutes.

Essential spare to have on hand
Every 3D printer owner should have one of these in their toolkit. When my hotend failed mid-print, having this ready saved my project deadline. Highly recommended.

Good quality, fast shipping
The build quality feels solid. It handles PETG very well without oozing. I deducted one star because the instructions were a bit vague, but if you know your printer, it's easy.
Q: How long does the shipping usually take?
A: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Q: Can this handle high-temperature materials like Polycarbonate?
A: This nozzle is rated up to 260°C. While it can technically reach higher temps, we recommend sticking to PLA, PETG, ABS, and TPU for optimal longevity and safety.
Q: Does this come with a new thermistor or do I need to reuse the old one?
A: The package includes a brand new thermistor, so you do not need to reuse your old component.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the original FlashForge AD5 non-Pro version?
A: Yes, this assembly is fully compatible with both the standard FlashForge AD5 and the AD5 Pro models.
Q: What tools are required for installation?
A: You will typically need the hex key provided with your printer and possibly a small wrench to loosen the heater block screws. No specialized tools are required.
