Perfect for sticky PETG
I was struggling with PETG sticking to my standard brass nozzles. These Teflon coated ones solved the issue immediately. Prints are clean and nozzle clogs are a thing of the past.

Essential upgrade
If you print a lot of PETG or Nylon, these are a must-have. Cleanup is much easier, and I spend less time cold-pulling the nozzle.

Smooth extrusion
The non-stick property really helps with flexible filaments like TPU. I noticed less resistance in the bowden tube and more consistent flow rates.

Good value pack
Great price for a 5-pack. The coating seems durable so far after about 20 hours of printing. One nozzle had slightly uneven threads but the other four worked flawlessly.

Decent but not magic
They work well for standard prints, but I didn't see a massive difference compared to high-quality hardened steel nozzles for abrasive materials. Stick to soft filaments for best results.

Easy to install
Installed easily on my Ender 3 with a Volcano hotend. First prints look great. Deducting one star because the packaging was a bit flimsy, but the product itself is solid.
Q: Are these nozzles compatible with the Creality Ender 3 V2?
A: Yes, provided your Ender 3 V2 uses an MK8 or Volcano style hotend with M6 threading, which is standard for most configurations.
Q: Can I use these nozzles with carbon fiber filled filament?
A: We do not recommend using these brass nozzles with abrasive filaments like carbon fiber, as the material will wear down the brass quickly. Please use a hardened steel nozzle for abrasive materials.
Q: Do these come in different sizes like 0.2mm or 0.6mm?
A: This specific listing is for the 0.4mm size only. Please check our store page for other listings that offer 0.2mm, 0.6mm, and 0.8mm variants.
Q: Does the Teflon coating wear off over time?
A: The coating is baked on for durability, but like any consumable part, it may degrade eventually depending on usage frequency and temperature. It typically lasts longer than uncoated brass for sticky materials.
Q: What is the exact thread pitch?
A: The nozzles feature a standard M6 x 1.0mm thread pitch, compatible with most E3D and Clone hotends.
