Perfect fit for my i3 Mega
This block replaced my old one perfectly. The threading is clean and it heated up evenly without any issues. Great value for the price.

Good quality aluminum
The material feels solid and durable. Installation was straightforward. I deducted one star only because it didn't come with screws, but that was expected.

Solved my clogging issues
My previous block had stripped threads causing leaks. This all-metal version fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend for high-temperature filaments.

Great for upgrades
Upgraded from a PTFE lined block to this all-metal one. Now I can print ABS and Nylon without worrying about melting the liner. Excellent product.

Exactly as described
Matches the E3D V5 specifications perfectly. The hole for the thermistor is drilled precisely. No modifications needed for my setup.
Q: Does this come with a nozzle included?
A: No, this listing is for the heater block only. Nozzles are sold separately to allow you to choose your preferred size and material.
Q: Will this fit an Anycubic i3 Mega S?
A: Yes, the i3 Mega S uses the same hotend configuration as the original i3 Mega, so this block is fully compatible.
Q: Can I use this for printing PLA at low temperatures?
A: Absolutely. While this is an all-metal block suitable for high temps, it works perfectly fine for PLA and other low-temperature filaments as well.
Q: Is this compatible with the standard 12V 40W heater cartridge?
A: Yes, this heater block is designed to accommodate standard 12V or 24V 40W heater cartridges commonly used in E3D V5 style hotends.
Q: What is the thread size for the nozzle?
A: The nozzle thread size is standard M6, which fits most common brass, steel, and hardened steel nozzles available on the market.
