Perfect for bulk printing
I switched to the 0.8mm version for my structural parts and the speed increase is incredible. Layer adhesion is excellent and no clogs so far after 2kg of PLA.

Smooth extrusion every time
I was worried about stringing with such a large diameter, but the polished interior really helps. My vase mode prints look seamless and professional.

Time saver!
Cut my print times in half for large functional brackets. The consistency of the extrusion is impressive even at high speeds. Will definitely buy more sizes.

Essential upgrade for E3D Volcano
If you have a Volcano hotend, this is a must-have. The brass quality feels premium and the threading fits perfectly without any leaks. Highly recommended for rapid prototyping.

Solid build quality
Very robust nozzle. I use it primarily for PETG and it handles the heat well. Only giving 4 stars because the installation guide could be more detailed for beginners.

Great flow, needs temp tuning
The nozzle works as advertised with high flow rates. I had to increase my printing temperature by about 10 degrees compared to my standard nozzle, but once dialed in, it prints beautifully.
Q: Will this work with TPU flexible filaments?
A: Yes, the high-flow design works well with TPU, especially in larger diameters like 0.8mm or 1.0mm, as it reduces back pressure. Ensure your retraction settings are adjusted accordingly.
Q: Can I use abrasive filaments like Carbon Fiber with this brass nozzle?
A: We do not recommend using abrasive materials with brass nozzles as they will wear down quickly. For carbon fiber or glow-in-the-dark filaments, please consider our hardened steel nozzle options.
Q: Does this come with a wrench for installation?
A: The package includes the nozzle and an installation guide, but it does not include a wrench. A standard 7mm socket or nozzle wrench is required for installation.
Q: Is this nozzle compatible with the E3D V6 hotend?
A: No, this nozzle is specifically designed for the E3D Volcano and SuperVolcano hotends due to its extended length. For the V6, please look for our standard V6 nozzles.
Q: What is the maximum recommended printing speed with the 1.0mm nozzle?
A: While dependent on your specific printer setup, we generally recommend speeds between 60mm/s and 100mm/s for optimal layer adhesion when using the 1.0mm diameter with PLA.
